Day 1: TUNISIA
Upon arrival into Tunis you'll be met at the airport and driven to your hotel in Tunis. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

Day 2: TUNIS - BARDO - CARTHAGE - SIDI BOU SAID - TUNIS
After breakfast, visit to the spectacular Bardo Museum, which houses an incredible display of Roman mosaic, considered one of the finest in the world. Next, visit the Old Tunis Medina, (UNESCO World Heritage Site) exploring the narrow souk lined streets before lunch. Afterwards you will head over to nearby Carthage. Explore the Phoenician and Roman ruins, including stops at the Tophet, the Punic Harbours, Antonin’s Bath and the Carthage Museum. Continue on to the village of Sidi Bou Said, boasting spectacular views of the Gulf of Tunis. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

Day 3 :TUNIS - DOUGGA - TESTOUR - TUNIS
After early breakfast, travel to explore the site of Dougga, one of the best preserved Roman town in North Africa; designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. Remains include temples, baths, a theatre, a circus,… Lunch at the restaurant in Dougga. Return travel and visit Testour, which was rebuilt by Muslim and Jewish refugees from Andalusia who gave it a distinctive character in building and layout. Next head to Tunis. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel in Tunis.

Day 4: TUNIS - UTICA - BIZERTE - TABARKA
After breakfast, leave for Utica, the first Phoenician settlement. Visit the archaeological site and its museum. Next head to Bizerte. Lunch at the restaurant. Explore the old port and continue on to Tabarka, crossing the mountains. It is famous for its coral fishing and its Genoese castle. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel in Tabarka.

Day 5: TABARKA - CHEMTOU - BULLA REGIA - SBEITLA
After breakfast, leave for Chemtou. The town is known for its quarries, where one of the most precious types of marbles in the Roman Empire, the antique yellow marble, was exploited. Lunch at the restaurant before driving to Bulla Regia. It remains a unique Roman city in having two storey dwellings with one floor underground. It houses and outstanding collection of Roman mosaics. At the end of the day you will drive back to Sbeitla. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

Day 6: SBEITLA- KAIROUAN - SOUSSE
After breakfast, beginning with a visit of Sbeitla to explore the Roman and Byzantine ruins. Next, leave for the holy city of Kairouan, to discover the awesome Great Mosque, the mausoleum, the Aghlabids pools, the medina and its characteristic markets. After lunch continue on to Sousse. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel in Sousse.

Day 7: SOUSSE –MONASTIR - EL JEM - SOUSSE
After breakfast, visite in Sousse, the archaeological museum which hosts the second largest collection of mosaics in the world. It contains a baptismal font, covered with mosaics and found at Bqalta. Next, drive to Monastir. The city features a well-preserved “ribat” that was used to scan the sea for hostile ships and as a defence against the attacks of the Byzantine fleet before heading to lunch. Continue on El Jem, to discover its grandiose amphitheatre, the third largest in the Roman world and its impressive museum. It is probably the most famous single sight in Tunisia. At the end of the day you will drive back to Sousse. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

Day 8: SOUSSE - THUBURBO MAJUS - ZAGHOUAN - OUDHNA - HAMMAMET
After breakfast at the hotel, departure to Thuburbo Majus, founded as a colony for veteran Roman soldiers. Here we see the forum, palaestra, and peristyle houses with well-preserved mosaics. We continue to Zaghouan, with its monumental nymphaeum at the source of the 90-km aqueduct that supplied Carthage with water. After lunch, continue on to Oudhna, recently excavated with a fine amphitheatre. Many mosaics are to be found there as well. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel in Hammamet.

Día 9°: HAMMAMET - KELIBIA- KERKOUANE - EL HAOUARIA - KORBOUS - TUNEZ
Enjoy a full day on the fertile peninsula of Cap Bon, just 150km from Sicily. Depart towards the nord. Stop at the Medina of Hammamet. Move onto Nabeul Museum. Next drive to the costal Kerkouane. UNESCO declared the Punic Town of Kerkouane and its Necropolis a World Heritage Site in 1985, citing among other things that the remains constitute the only example of a Phoenicio-Punic city to have survived. Lunch. At El Haouaria panoramic visit of the stone quarries. Continuation towards Korbous and Tunis. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

Día 10°: TUNEZ - CARTAGO - SIDI BOU SAID – TUNEZ
After breakfast, visit to the principle sites of Carthage. Explore the Phoenician and Roman ruins, including stops at the Tophet, the Punic Harbours, Antonin’s Bath and the Carthage Museum. After lunch continue on to the village of Sidi Bou Said, boasting spectacular views of the Gulf of Tunis. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel

Día 11°: REGRESO
After breakfast, transfer to the airport. Depart from International Airport. End of itinerary.
Eventually, and for reasons beyond the control of New Space Travel, it is possible that the route will be carried out in a different order from the one published. In that case, and even if the itinerary varies, all the visits announced in the program will be carried out, except in the event that the flight schedule does not allow it. Visits not made by the client's decision, do not give grounds for compensation
